According to the department webpages of the Swiss philosophy department (accessed 1st of March 2012), there were 276 people employed, of which 101 (37%) were women.
According to this (certainly incomplete, misleading or not up-to-date) information, there are 37 full professors of philosophy, and 10 associate, assistant or SNSF professors. There are 174 "collaborators" (working in departments, but neither professors nor students), of which 78 are paid by the SNSF.
