    To complete the team, the Centre of Public Law of the Law School of the Faculty of Law, Criminal Justice and Public Administration is looking for a Doctoral Assistant in Political Theory for Professor Sandrine Baume.

    Expected start date in position : October 1, 2023, or on an agreed date

    Contract length : 1 year, renewable 2 x 2 years, maximum 5 years

    Activity rate : 80 %

    Workplace : Lausanne-Dorigny, quartier Unil-Chamberonne
    Your responsibilities
    In your activities:

    50% of the regular working hours will be spent on the preparation of the doctoral thesis;
    50% of the regular working hours will be spent on assisting with teaching and research activities.


    Your qualifications
    In order to complete our team, we are looking for someone with the following skills : 

    Master's degre in Political Science, Law or Humanities;
    Desire to write a doctoral thesis in political theory focusing on the relations between discernment evaluation and political rights, notably for people with mental and psychic disability;

    Linguistic competences: fluency in English and French.
