At Ascona's central square, go to the cemetery and take the stairs uphill.
Walk uphill until you get to the "Hotel Tobler", then continue in the direction of "Hotel Ascona".
At the "Hotel Ascona", continue uphill.
Just continue uphill.
Once you get to the feudal looking entrance of a large villa, take the narrow path on the left.
Through some bits of jungle, you get to the park of the Monte Verità conference center.
